A mother is outraged after her 5-year-old daughter was struck by a shoe that was thrown at her by a staff member at an Inglewood daycare. The young girl, who has special needs, was being cared for at Destiny Development Center. The incident, which occurred on Jan. 16, was captured by surveillance cameras at the facility. Video showed a woman taking off her shoe and hurling it at the child, who can be heard crying loudly after being hit by the object. In the background, two female workers witness the incident, one of whom appears to be laughing. This daycare “Creative Minds Daycare” was SHUTDOWN and then reopened the next day under the name “Super Kids Daycare” they received $2,450,000 in 2025. According to the DHS license website “Creative minds daycare” was closed on October 1, 2025 and the SAME day “Super kids” was opened. Once again NO kids to be seen and 3 BMW’s and a Range Rover parked outside. FRAUD. Manager of the Quality Learing Center says there is no fraud going on as he stands in front of a sign that is spelled wrong. The manager says the center has never closed once over the last 8 years & pointed to the busy parking lot as proof they were in business.
