Troy Grevelding, who said he was visiting from upstate New York with his family, recorded the moments he reported the incident to authorities on cell phone video. Grevelding said the confrontation began after he and his family got to their seats and a man behind them became disruptive. Grevelding said the man was on FaceTime, “being very loud,” and bumped into him several times. “So, after he bumped into me a couple more times, I turned around, I said, 'hey bud,' I said, 'these aren't your seats,' I said 'put your phone down, enjoy the show. You want to be on your phone, go to your seats...we're here to enjoy the show,'" Grevelding said. Grevelding said that moments later, he and his wife felt something on their legs. “I literally feel something on my leg. My wife feels something on her leg. My niece is standing on the seats, sitting on them. And my wife says, 'whatever that gentleman is doing, it's all over my leg.' At that point, I kinda see him like bent over out of the corner of my eye. So, I turned to look,” Grevelding said. Grevelding said he then saw the man urinating. “He has his genitalia hanging completely out and he's urinating all over the back of my seat, my wife's leg, my leg, my niece,” Grevelding said. He said the man looked at him and said, “it's good bro, it's good." Grevelding said he confronted the man. “At that point, I grab him, pushed him back and said, 'what the "f" are you doing? You're pissing all over me,'" he said. Grevelding said he looked for police and that officers from the Maryland Transportation Authority Police responded. In the cell phone video, an officer is heard telling him, “I just explained to you, we cannot take him into custody.” The officer also said, “We're going to give you his information. You can be referred to a commissioner (to file charges yourself)." Grevelding said officers told him they could not arrest the man because they did not witness what happened. Stadium officials referred our questions to MDTA Police, which is investigating. MDTA Police said in a statement, “The MDTA Police is aware of this incident and the video that is on social media. There is an active and open criminal investigation into this matter.” Grevelding said he wants accountability. “There is no accountability,” he said. “I want justice for my eight-year-old niece. That's the bottom line."

Horrifying Baltimore Video: 6 Black Teens Brutally Beat 74-Year-Old White Man

Baltimore Police are seeking the public's help identifying six suspects who they say attempted to rob an elderly man outside a 7-Eleven last week. On Feb. 15, around 12:05 p.m., officers were called to a report of armed individuals attempting to break into the caller's home in the 800 block of W. Lombard Street. Upon arrival, police reported that an officer approached a Kia sedan occupied by several individuals. Officials said that the officer approached the Kia on foot and issued verbal commands for the vehicle to stop and for the occupants to exit. However, the Kia reversed once more, striking the officer and causing him to fall. In the process, the officer discharged his firearm at the vehicle. Shortly after, the officer saw a male appearing to be injured and then collapsing to the ground. The officer rendered aid and reassured him of his safety. Police said the male sustained injuries from being assaulted by several individuals before the officer arrived at the scene. Not long after, police located the Kia, which was unoccupied at the 100 block of S. Arlington Avenue, after it struck a parked vehicle. Detectives learned that the vehicle was reported stolen in the 600 block of E. Chase Street on Feb. 14 around noon.
