Florence Police Department in Alabama was executing a search warrant when David Culliver, 46, was seen in the road impeding traffic, and officers asked him to step out of the road multiple times. After refusing to comply, officers tried to detain Culliver and used a K9 officer to help. While being bitten by the dog, Culliver was seen biting the dog back.
