A man in his 20s has been arrested after a car was driven at a number of people during an incident in Skerries, Co Dublin. He is being detained at a garda station in the north Dublin area. Three teenagers, two girls and a boy, were taken to Beaumont Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after the incident. Another male was also reported to have received non-life-threatening injuries. Gardaí said they responded to reports of a public order incident at Harbour Road at around 9.30pm on Saturday night. They said that a large number of youths had gathered on the road and a fight broke out. During the course of the incident a car was driven at a number of people. An eyewitness described the scene in Skerries as "chaos" and "horrifying to watch". "It was chaos. There was a lot of people hanging around. I saw a massive crowd coming down the road from the top of the pier and watching from here, I just saw a car basically run through the crowd. "It was really, really scary. A huge fire engulfed a pub in Bangkok early on Monday morning local time, killing at least 27 people before firefighters brought the blaze under control, officials said. Rescuers said the fire was reported around midnight.
