Two suspects plant an explosive device at a Las Vegas Strip Restaurant

Surveillance footage shows two men dressed in black arriving at a restaurant, one of them on a scooter. Moments later, one individual places what police identified as an improvised explosive device near the entrance.

According to authorities, three people have since been indicted in connection with the incident, and investigators are currently searching for the man and woman seen on this video who skipped bail. Both remain at large as investigators continue searching for them.
