MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A live video posted on social media shows the moments leading up to a deadly shooting in South Memphis.
Memphis Police said they were called to South Third Street after 3 p.m. Monday afternoon. The man who was shot died later at the hospital.
Police identified the shooter as 50-year-old Elliott Nelson. He is charged with second-degree murder.
