Then charge the parent(s) with a fine. If the child repeats the antisocial behavior after returning to school, arrest one of the parents. And before you say you can’t hold a parent responsible for a child’s conduct at school, think again! I read countless cases of them going to jail because of their child’s disruptive behavior at school.»
