Malik Wills was already out on bond for a previous case where he was accused of sh**ting up a house in Memphis
This marks his third arrest in three months, according to records
Court documents state a DoorDash driver was inside the restaurant picking up an order when Wills fired around 10 sh*ts from behind
The victim was struck three times
Wills turned himself in about seven hours later and admitted to investigators that he sh*t the DoorDash driver
