Brazil: Chinese businessman takes the life of an 18-year-old woman and throws the body to the dogs. The Civil Police of São Paulo arrested this Monday the Chinese businessman Zhaohu Qiu, 35, suspected of the murder of Marcelle Julia Araújo da Silva, in Rio de Janeiro. Last Saturday (14), the young woman's body was found dismembered and mutilated by dogs in a residence in the Pavuna neighborhood, in the northern part of Rio.
