Start off with what appears to be a run of the mill road rage situation.
Escalates when driver off camera fires at the guy on camera.
Guy on camera, who seemingly doesn't have a gun, then swerves into off camera guy's car who promptly fires more shots at guy on camera.
Guy off camera clearly has the marksmanship of Hellen Keller. Both have the IQ of an inbred mountain dwelling Pakistani.
Plan accordingly....
