Two Bolivarian National Police (PNB) officers were arrested and expelled for using psychotropic substances in Caracas.
The police officers were caught on video surveillance observing them consuming the aforementioned substances. This incident allegedly occurred a month ago but only came to light a few hours ago on social media.
Another video confirmed the arrest, and Minister Diosdado Cabello condemned the police's actions, as they must set an example.
"Right now we have cameras everywhere. Some officers were there, and one of them pulled out a bag with a small spoon and started shoveling drugs. What do we do? We catch him and bring him to justice. They're also dishonorably discharged," he said during his program "Con el Mazo Dando."
