2 teenagers stole a moped and were hit by a car at high speed: schoolchildren in intensive care

The teenage driver has a fractured skull base, a pulmonary contusion, internal injuries and a fractured shin. His passenger (an 11-year-old boy) has broken legs and a head injury. Doctors are fighting for their lives.

The driver of the car was a 21-year-old guy. He claims that he did not have time to react and brake.
