It wasn't a robbery, it was an execution: Ariel, alias 'Mi Nay', fell foul of his criminal gang in Medellín.

What began as an alleged attempted robbery ended as an execution within the criminal underworld. Ariel Gonzalo Figueroa Cetre , known as "Mi Nay" or "Conspire ," was murdered last weekend at a restaurant in the Aranjuez neighborhood , in what authorities now describe as a settling of scores within an Organized Crime Group (GDO).

Figueroa Cetre is believed to have been a member of the San Pablo GDO , and his death is believed to be linked to debts stemming from criminal proceeds , including drug trafficking and the distribution of adulterated liquor . There is also talk of internal discontent over mistreatment and financial disputes that may have generated tension within the organization.
