JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released body camera footage from the officer-involved shooting that killed a knife-wielding man on the Westside in early May.
Officers were dispatched to Jillian Drive Friday, May 2 in response to a reported fight that had resulted in injuries. When officer D. Zheng arrived at the scene, he said he saw 58-year-old Norbal Garcia Jr. armed with two knives.
