«@Damien-Holland nope, it's a mutual combat. Either one of them could have decided it wasn't worth it but they both decided to fight so the decision to fight lies with them equally and the dispute was resolved between the two of them. People need to be ready to fight if they can't be polite. Fighting should become common place. If someone doesn't want to fight then it wouldn't be mutual combat and the laws shouldn't protect the aggressor but if they both want a fight then let them fight.»

«@WadeBaker If people accepted mutual combat as a legal engagement and there were social standards that would protect the combatants from legal repercussions then it would make us stronger and more polite as a culture. Sometimes people deserve to die like rabid animals in the ditch but sometimes the just need to be forced into an avoidable fight so they learn to mind their manners more often. Violence is good because it can maintain order.»
