This nasty ratchet made her own line at River City Casino in St Louis and she was at the head of it.

When the next woman in the actual line tried to get to the teller, the ratchet jumped in front of her and then smashed her phone into her face.

The staff and security did nothing and in fact, confronted the woman recording instead about capturing the incident on her mobile phone.
