This supposedly happened in Salinas California.
Two men were recorded brawling in the middle of the street when one of the men decided he had enough and walks to his car to leave. The other man chases after him to assault him again when the man in the white car pulls out of the parking space, running over the other individual. The white car then is put into drive and runs over the other man, dragging him to the edge of the parking lot before rolling over him.
There is no more information on the victim or if any arrests were made.
