A raging mugger mercilessly beat a man in a violent Brooklyn robbery caught on camera, police said Saturday.

The 44-year-old victim was sitting on the stoop of a Dyker Heights apartment building near Bay Ridge and 13th Aves. about 12:50 a.m. on May 22 when the assailant stormed up and punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground, cops said.

Video from a nearby surveillance camera recovered by police shows the thief hurling haymaker after haymaker on the victim as the two wrestle on the ground.

The victim tries to get up and tries to run away, but the mugger pounces on his back, bringing him down again, the video shows.

The suspect repeatedly punched the victim in the head and body before taking the man’s cellphone and a wallet containing $6,000, cops said.

Cops called to the scene found the bruised and bloody victim, who declined medical attention.

No arrests have been made.

Police on Saturday released the video of the attack in the hopes that someone recognizes the mugger. He’s described as man with a medium build and complexion with short dark hair.

He was wearing a white surgical mask during the attack, as well as a black long-sleeve shirt with colorful designs on the front and back along with black jeans and black sneakers.
