<p>A crazy video uploaded to Twitter shows a man in a bathing suit and swimming cap walking down the streets of Los Angeles covered in blood. At one point, the discombobulated man tries to enter a G-Star Raw shop on Melrose Avenue but the employee tells him to leave, at which point he sits down outside the store. No one seems to know what happened to the man, nor are there any news stories on the incident yet.</p>
