<p>Police obscured the last 4 seconds of Christian Hall’s life in a new publicly released video showing Christian's final moments before troopers killed him. The videos, recorded by the State Police, show the final moments of Christian Hall’s life on the afternoon of Dec. 30, 2020 when he had his hands in the air and was still shot by PA troopers. Police then redacted the video to hide the truth that Christian's hands were in the air at the time of the kill shot.</p>
