Snake Farm! State Farm Employee Caught on Camera Making up BS Reasons to Not Pay out a Claim

Not only is this guy busted on camera lying about the reasons to not allow this claim to go through, he literally damages the roof and then has the audacity to say he didn't. This is just sickening. This single guy is essentially forcing this family to pay for a roof that actually is damaged due to inclimate weather.
