A viral video out of Wilmington, North Carolina is raising serious concerns after a man claims his elderly neighbor was forced to walk outside wearing only a diaper and T-shirt. According to the man, he tried to help the elderly neighbor back inside, but says the caregiver stopped him and made the man turn around, saying she was “teaching him a lesson” in the video. The witness also claims this is not the first time, alleging the elderly man has been made to walk outside like this even during colder weather.
