Brooklyn road rage leads to 2 drivers hitting a pedestrian as they smash into a soon-to-be-open yoga studio. NYPD arrested the drivers of the Cadillac and BMW, 43-year-old Robert Walker and 56-year-old Anthony Hayes, who hit a 28-year-old who was just walking by. Walker, Hayes, and the pedestrian were all taken to Kings County Hospital, where police say they are expected to fully recover. The owner of the yoga studio, Noir Yoga, says the business was set to open August 1st, but that is no longer possible. “It's just jarring and an immense amount of damage. LEBANON, Tenn.— A man accused of firing shots during a road rage incident in Lebanon has been taken into custody, officials said. According to the Lebanon Police Department, the incident occurred in the 700 block of South Cumberland Street on Saturday, May 30. Authorities reported that no injuries were reported and several detectives responded to the area to investigation. The LPD said South Cumberland Street reopened just after 10:30 a.m., adding that a suspect was taken into custody. Then, just before 3 p.m., officials identified the suspect as 40-year-old Robert Moore of Lebanon. Moore was charged with assault and aggravated assault after “discharging two rounds from a handgun during a road rage incident,” per the LPD.
