Authorities are investigating after a man was attacked in Newark over a parking space and it was all caught on video. Police released video on Thursday, hoping that someone can identify the suspects in the Aug. 10 attack. Investigators say 43-year-old Henry Fonseca asked two men to move their vehicles so he could go to his overnight warehouse job around 1:30 a.m. They were double-parked next to his car and blocking him in on Park Street. Instead of moving, police say the men assaulted Fonseca. One man punched him from behind while the other attacked him in the face. His wife frantically tried to get at least one of the men off her husband, but Fonseca was pushed to the ground. "They struck me on my head and various parts of my body, my back and chest, while pinning me against my vehicle," Fonseca said. "My wife intervened to help me and was also struck. I sustained head injuries and lacerations to my face and nose and I have fractured fingers." Newark police have reviewed video of the attack and pulled out screenshots of the two men they are looking for. A road rage incident in Lakewood turned violent Friday afternoon, with one man arrested after allegedly attacking another driver and knocking him unconscious. The incident happened shortly after 3:00 p.m. on New Hampshire Avenue near Route 70. The victim sustained a head injury and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. As earlier reported, the suspect was arrested at the scene. The victim says she was, "just visiting" Charlotte NC when a Black women rear ended her and then DROVE IN FRONT OF HER, BLOCKED HER IN, and got out and started KICKING AND HITTING her vehicle. The suspect also tried to YANK THE CAR DOOR HANDLE open, but thankfully the car door was locked. The suspect then took off, leaving the car covered in dents and the couple terrified. Deputies in Hillsborough County say they arrested a 29-year-old man after he allegedly threatened another driver with a gun during a road rage incident on I-75. Tuesday, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Jordan Patascher was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and driving while having his license revoked. HCSO deputies said the road rage incident happened on July 29 just before 6:30 p.m. In video released by deputies, coordinates indicate that the incident happened along I-75 in the Brandon area. Dashcam footage of the incident shows the moment when Patascher is seen driving a truck and, as he apparently tries to switch lanes, pulls out and points the gun at the driver. Deputies say they learned about Patascher threatening another driver and after the investigation developed, HCSO determined that Patascher had allegedly switched his license plate after the road rage incident. Deputies said he did that to avoid being identified. Patascher was arrested on July 31 by the Pasco Sheriff's Office in connection with the road rage investigation, HCSO said. SMYRNA, Ga. - Smyrna police are searching for a man who pistol-whipped a driver who is in his 50s after a road rage incident escalated into a violent attack in late June. A traffic dispute began in the middle of the day near Cumberland Blvd and Cobb Parkway when one car cut off another. Both drivers continued down the road, but a man in his 50s driving a black car noticed a silver vehicle following him into his apartment complex. When the man walked up to the silver car to talk to the passenger, a physical fight broke out. According to Smyrna Police Lt. Meredith Holt, the passenger punched the driver in the face multiple times, knocked him to the ground, and pistol-whipped him with a gun. The female driver of the silver car, identified as 18-year-old Hayle Kirkpatrick, got out during the attack but eventually drove away with the passenger. The victim staggered to his feet before collapsing again and was taken to a hospital for surgery. "The driver of vehicle one was beaten pretty badly, pistol whipped with a firearm and he sustained significant injuries that required him to have surgery," Holt said. Police issued an arrest warrant for Kirkpatrick after she refused to name her passenger. "We have charged her with obstruction because she's not cooperating with us in this case," Holt explained. Investigators have not yet identified the male passenger who carried out the assault. Aurora police are searching for a scooter rider accused of following and violently attacking a woman after a reported road rage incident last week. The attack happened Thursday near East Hampden Avenue and East Hampden Circle. According to police and witness accounts, the scooter rider followed the victim after the initial road rage encounter, confronted her and then assaulted her before fleeing the area. Video recorded by a bystander shows the suspect appearing to continue the attack as a man steps in to help the victim. The suspect then leaves on a scooter. The victim told Denver7 that she suffered a concussion, a sprained ankle and ligament damage. Police described the suspect as a woman with red or purple hair who was wearing a black helmet with a camera mounted on top, a face covering and a T-shirt reading, “THAT’S A HORRIBLE IDEA- WHAT TIME?” The scooter also appeared to have a basket mounted on the back.
