A 2-year-old boy is dead in Illinois, and the details around what happened are just awful. His mom has been charged with first-degree murder after police found the little boy unresponsive at their home and her trying to harm herself. Thankfully, three other kids inside the house weren’t physically hurt. But this gets even more disturbing.
