CCTV footage captures a man’s racist tirade towards his neighbour in a parking dispute. The incident took place in the leafy suburb of Clayhall, Ilford, when Faizal Nobeebox took issue with his neighbour demarcating the boundaries of their shared driveway. The 56-year-old hurled racial slurs before smashing up the bollards and throwing materials at his neighbour’s home. After arming himself with a hammer he shouted “I’ll kill you” and even made sexualised threats regarding his neighbour’s wife. The incident took place on November 16 last year on Longwood Gardens. Nobeebox, now of Sydney Road in Abbey Wood, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and racially aggravated disorderly behaviour. At Romford Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday (March 24) Nobeebox was fined £367 and was told to pay £400 compensation. In a victim impact statement, his neighbour said: “At the time of the incident I feared that Mr Nobeebox would physically attack or kill me and since the incident I am scared for my life and the personal safety of my wife and family.” He wrote: “I thought that he would stop when I went inside but he kept coming outside, shouting racist and other abuse at me and telling me to come out and stop hiding. “I was petrified he would break down my front door and harm me. The area where the accused lived had 20 secondary schools, with several children passing by his home. Pakistani grooming gangs in the UK have been associated with systematic child sexual abuse for decades. They target young girls, aged 11-16, and lure them with promises of love, gifts and friendship. They usually target interfaith girls from vulnerable backgrounds to isolate them from their families. Once they are isolated, the perpetrators blackmail them with threats, and they are also trafficked for profit. Last year, billionaire Elon Musk stood up in support of Reform UK Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe. The MP had urged others to ignore the UK prime minister's calls to vote against a full national inquiry into the Pakistani rape gangs. "They should ignore him and do the right thing," he wrote on X.
