I’m not sure how I would handle this especially if they keep claiming they don’t speak English when they clearly do. One thing is for certain this will have to be handled carefully. I’ve always said when someone is willing to purposely damage my own property then in my eyes that makes them dangerous. It shows clearly they have no rules or boundaries. Calling the police in my opinion will only accomplish so much because they will pretend they don’t understand anyways. So how do you handle someone like this? Do you go tit for tat? They clearly think the walk is on their property when it’s not. Suing may not do much either because they will claim they were only cleaning their area. This is a tough scenario for me.
