"This couple has been harassing the Black students and professors at Huston-Tillotson university. They chose to buy a home directly across the street from an HBCU where there is LEGAL street parking. They have been terrorizing the students, writing notes and putting it on their cars, and even blocked a Black professor’s car IN with their trash can and recycling bin to prevent him from moving. Keep in mind people have been parking here for YEARS with no complaints and the neighbors are friendly and understanding. The fact that she degraded our school and said she paid 1.5 million dollars to gentrify our neighborhood and said we only have a 25% graduation rate is SO racist and disgusting. I kindly asked she not touch our cars because it’s legal to park there which resulted in her threatening the call the cops on me. I was also standing in the street which was not on her property. See how quickly she screams at me and asserts her privilege over a Black Woman. Please if you know who this is, alert her job so people can be aware of how she behaves towards Black people. "The insurance adjuster could not determine the cause of the leaks from walking on the roof, so he asked to take a look in the attic. I was with him in the attic as he was looking around when he stepped back onto the ceiling," Merritt said.
