A group of teenagers have reportedly been harassing homeless people around Sacramento County, and the shameful pranks are catching attention — and disgust — online. Multiple video clips show two to three young men, typically dressed in hoodies with their identities mostly concealed, casually approaching their targets before pelting them with objects or kicking them in a disgusting bid for internet “clout,” victims say. Then, as if in a surprise attack, they launch water bottles — in some cases with water spilling out — at the homeless target. The teens then quickly run away. “I put my backpack on, I turned around, and one of the guys came up and kicked me,” Chip Stockton told CBS News Stockton said the same group of children also targeted him outside a Safeway store. He said he was playing his radio when the teens allegedly began to kick him. An East Baltimore arrest caught on camera is raising questions after police mistakenly arrested a 20-year-old with their guns drawn. The video, shared with WBAL-TV 11 News by the man's family, shows the scene at the intersection of East Monument and North Luzerne streets. In the video, three law enforcement officers can be seen surrounding the man, who is handcuffed and sitting on the curb. When someone asks one of the officers why the 20-year-old was arrested, the officer can be heard saying, "a warrant." A Baltimore City police cruiser then arrives at the scene. Two minutes after the cruiser arrives, the man is placed inside. Once the man is inside the police cruiser, agents can be seen leaving the scene. U.S. Postal Inspection Service officers are seen getting into a white Toyota Sienna with tinted windows and a Maryland license plate. The Baltimore City police cruiser then leaves, followed by the Toyota Sienna and a gray Dodge minivan. Three additional police cruisers then follow the vehicles. However, Baltimore County told WBAL-TV 11 News the arrest, which was made in Baltimore City by county police, was a case of mistaken identity. The arrest was part of an operation that started with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in Northern Virginia. Postal inspectors were investigating a person wanted for mailbox thefts who had the same name as the 20-year-old. Baltimore County said detectives with the Woodlawn precinct were assisting postal inspectors in serving a felony arrest warrant and a seizure warrant. "Based on information provided by members of the U.S. Postal Service, an arrest was made in Baltimore City. A donkey handler violently attacked a female activist as she attended a protest against the use of the animals to transport tourists on the island of Santorini. The woman was among a small group of German activists demonstrating on the Karavolades steps - a steep scenic route where donkeys are used to carry holidaymakers - when the incident unfolded. Footage appears to show her walking away from a man brandishing a stick when he suddenly raises his hand toward her, hits her in the face and pushes her against a wall. The woman then lets out a scream and falls onto the paved steps, as other activists yelled: 'Don't touch her!' She is then seen screaming and crying on the steps as onlookers rushed to her help. Separate footage taken before the incident shows a group of donkey handlers surrounding the group of activists and telling them not to take photos, as one man appears to shove a camera out of a woman's hands. A Wiltshire man has admitted attacking an elderly stranger in the street after ‘noise in the library’ made him angry, a court heard. Mickey Johnson left his victim with a deep laceration to his forehead after pushing him to the ground in Salisbury city centre on Tuesday (1 September). The 37-year-old, of no fixed abode, approached the couple and pushed the man over despite having no previous interaction with him. The victim, aged 80, suffered a deep laceration to his forehead and pain to his hips and arms. Johnson left the scene while members of the public came to the victim’s aid, providing first aid and calling the emergency services. Detectives from South CID launched enquiries and tracked the defendant down while he was attempting to leave Salisbury. He initially refused to engage with officers during interview and answered questions with “no comment” before being presented with evidence. Johnson then admitted what he had done, claiming it was due to his mental health and that he had become frustrated because it was too loud in the library to read.
