The 911 caller stated that at least two people in the home were in an altercation, one of whom was armed with a knife and attempting to stab the other. When officers arrived, they approached the front of the home, where they began speaking with a woman. While talking with her, the suspect ran out from the front of the house holding a knife. He began chasing another man who had been standing in the home’s driveway. This is when the officer-involved shooting occurred and the suspect was struck by gunfire. The suspect dropped the knife and fell to the ground, at which point officers took him into custody and began providing first aid. Phoenix Fire Department personnel transported the man to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

DAD Fatally SHOOTS STEPDAD During Child Custody Exchange in Arizona

Phoenix Police have confirmed that the critically injured victim transported to the hospital has died

Arizona Police Shoot And Kill An Armed Man Outside Church Entrance

Queen Creek, Arizona — On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, just before 2 p.m., Queen Creek Police Officers were notified of a man, later identified as Bradley. Family members reported receiving text messages from him and advised that he had access to multiple firearms and vehicles. Officers initially responded to Bradley’s residence to attempt contact and de-escalation. He was not located at his home; officers made contact with him via phone and confirmed he had a gun. He refused to share his location. Officers continued efforts to locate him while maintaining phone and text communication. Just after 3 p.m., officers located Bradley’s vehicle parked in the northwest portion of a church parking lot near Chandler Heights and 204th Street. Officers observed him while he remained in his vehicle. When Bradley exited his vehicle and attempted to enter the church building, officers determined it was necessary to make contact with him as he stated he had a gun and there were bystanders on the east side of the church. During the interaction, Bradley again confirmed he was carrying a gun. Officers issued multiple verbal commands instructing him not to move and not to reach for the weapon. He did not comply and made motions towards the gun in his waistband. A single-round, less-lethal option was deployed and was ineffective. He did not comply and continued moving in the direction of bystanders. This is when the officer involved shooting occurred. After discharging their weapons, officers observed him continue to move and appeared to reach for his gun again, failing to comply with officers’ commands. Officers discharged their weapons again. Due to the fact he was armed, a Taser was deployed to safely take him into custody, remove the gun from his waistband, and then provide life-saving efforts. Bradley was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:54 p.m. No officers or bystanders were injured during the incident.

Pedo Fatally Shot After Confrontation With Phoenix Police

Phoenix, Arizona — June 11, 2026: A man identified by Phoenix police as 56-year-old James Glenn was fatally shot by officers during an attempted arrest on the evening of June 11, 2026, near 23rd Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road in Phoenix. The incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m. while officers were attempting to apprehend Glenn, who was wanted in connection with an investigation involving s*x crime against a child. Police said a K-9 officer used a vehicle interdiction device, commonly known as a Grappler, to stop Glenn's vehicle. Another police vehicle was then used to prevent the driver's door from opening. Investigators said officers reported seeing Glenn raise a handgun and point it toward them while he remained seated inside the vehicle. Two officers then fired their service weapons, striking Glenn. Phoenix Fire personnel responded and pronounced him dead at the scene. No officers or bystanders were reported injured. Police were looking for the man, who was wanted by Tolleson police because he reportedly pointed a gun at officers while they were trying to arrest him on felony warrants. Police said they found him around 10 a.m. on April 29 at a parking lot near Fifth Avenue and McDowell Road. He parked his car and walked into a nearby alley. Surveillance video showed the man walking near a cement wall and pointing a gun at a victim while officers were nearby. He pointed his handgun a second time. Body camera video showed a Phoenix officer getting out of his truck and, within five seconds, fired three times after the man raised his gun. A second body camera showed another officer firing his rifle after getting out of a van. “Hey! Hey, drop the gun! Drop it! Drop the gun,” the officer said after the shooting. Another officer used a 36 mm less-lethal baton launcher on the man because he was still holding onto the gun. The man was taken to the hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released. No police officers were hurt. The two officers who shot the man are assigned to the special assignments unit and have worked for the department for nine and 17 years.

Four juveniles were shot by teens in Arizona and taken to the hospital

Four juveniles were shot by teens in Arizona and taken to the hospital after a late-night house party in Litchfield Park early Saturday morning. The Pima Regional Critical Incident Team released the video, which can be watched below, that shows the incident that happened near Campbell and Bilby on Jan. 23. The PRCIT said it started around 5:30 p.m. when officers saw a stolen vehicle near South 6th Avenue and Valencia. Officers said the vehicle sped away, but they didn’t chase it and called in air support to track it from a safe distance. The vehicle later pulled into an apartment complex in the 6200 block of South Campbell, and the people inside got out and walked into the complex. Officers were able to find two of the suspects, but they tried to run away. PRCIT said 27-year-old Frankie Felipe Silvas was one of those people, and identified him as the driver of the stolen vehicle. Silvas allegedly then got on the ground and pointed a gun at the officers. PRCIT said Silvas pulled the trigger, but the gun did not go off. That is when Officer Anthony Weeks, a 10-year veteran of the TPD, shot Silvas. Silvas was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries. He was then charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer, misconduct involving weapons, and drug sales. As of March 20, he was still being held in a medical unit at the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. As part of the PRCIT, the University of Arizona Police Department is the lead investigating agency for this officer-involved shooting. The Tucson Police Department will conduct a separate but parallel investigation to determine if any policy violations occurred. All findings will be forwarded to the Pima County Attorney’s Office for review once the investigation is complete.

Arizona Park Place Mall shooting

TUCSON, Ariz. - A shooting at Park Place Mall on Wednesday night has left the Tucson community shaken. As of now, the Tucson Police Department reports that the suspect is still at large, leaving a lingering sense of unease among those who were present. Police say the incident began as a fight between kids. Although the mall has since reopened, many who were there are hesitant to return. Paige Stewart, who was in the mall with her mother and 5-year-old daughter, shared her experience. "This is the mall I grew up going up— it doesn’t happen here— then it does," Stewart said. She described the frightening moment when gunshots rang out near the crowded food court and children’s playground. "Just heard it was like six or seven gunshots that went off," Stewart said. The family, along with others, took shelter in a bathroom for over an hour. "I shoved my five year old against the wall and put myself over her," Stewart said. Two individuals were taken to the hospital following the shooting. The Tucson Police Department emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, "This type of violence in a public space is deeply concerning." They say the shooting appears to be isolated. As the mall's parking lot fills up and shoppers return, Stewart reflects on the traumatic event. "I genuinely in the moment was worried we weren’t gonna make it out," Stewart said. "I was thinking we aren’t going make it out of here." In response to the incident, Park Place Mall released a statement to News 4 Tucson, saying, "Our guests, employees, and community's safety remain our top priority. Thank you to the Tucson Police Department for their swift response to yesterday's incident." Throughout the day, increased security measures have been observed, with mall security making rounds outside and Tucson police patrolling inside. The Tucson Police Department's shootings investigation unit is actively working on the case.

Clerks Get Into A Fight With Intoxicated Suspect In Arizona

The suspect in tan sprinted inside the store and started causing a scene / disturbing the customers and staff.
